Fix moving a large amount of documents during sync

Here is my scenario:
In a Workspace I have :

• A folder Folder1 with 822 files in it.
• An empty folder Folder2 (at the same level as Folder1).
  Workspace is synced.

1. In the Nuxeo Drive folder, move the 822 files from Folder1 to Folder2.
   -> Sync starts.
2. During the sync create a New Folder at the same level as Folder1 and Folder2.
3. Still during current sync, move the 822 files from Folder2 to New Folder.
   -> In Windows Explorer, Folder2 is shown as empty. New Folder is shown with 822 files in it.

=> After a few seconds, as the sync progresses, some files are moved back in Folder2 and less files are shown in New Folder.

• Folder1: Empty => OK
• Folder2: 361 files => KO
• New Folder: 641 files => KO

=> Server-side result is:

• Folder1: Empty => Ok
• Folder2 : 2 documents => KO
• New Folder: 820 documents => KO
