Documents inside hierarchy are not created in Nuxeo Drive folder

Here is what I did :

1. I had a synced workspace with holds 2 folders with 800+ and 1000+ docs in several sub-folders.
2. I unsynced the workspace.
3. I synced the two folders.
   => The documents directly under the sync roots are correctly created in my Nuxeo Drive folder, but the sub-folders are all empty.
