Display user full name in conflict management window

Instead of only username:

Possible solutions:

• Make an extra request on the Drive side to get the full name from the user id (calling the UserManager).
• Implement a content enricher mechanism in NuxeoDrive operations.

Note that there are possibly other places in the Drive UI were the username is displayed and we would want the full name, in the Settings window for instance.
