Switch to semantic versioning

Let's have something standard like SemVer.
Will allow to better manage JIRA fixVesrion + release notes.

And we need to identify beta versions.
For this purpose, Drive can look for its version in both beta and release update sites. If the version only exists in the beta update site then it is a beta, which can be displayed in the About tab, if the version exists in both update sites then it is a release.
