Test duplicate files on Windows

Steps to reproduce:

• On Windows, launch a synchronization of a folder containing a lot of files.
• Once the sync is done, add a file to the folder already synced
• try to add this file from the local sync folder
• try to add this file from the web ui folder itself
  => Nuxeo doesn't recognize the folder already synced and create a duplicate

Logs can be checked here and there to try to understand the steps that are done.
