When Drive client is configured to connect to a local instance, it starts up relatively quickly.
However, when configured to connect to a remote/cloud-hosted Nuxeo instance, it can take as long as ~2 minutes for the Drive icon to appear in the systray after running. During this time, users are left wondering whether or not Drive client is actually starting up and may force quit/retry running it - causing even slower startup time.
Steps to Reproduce:
- On Windows, start Nuxeo Drive client (presumably connected to local instance).
- Configure client to connect to a remote instance (for example nightly-2021)
- Close Nuxeo Drive client and any local Nuxeo instance.
- Restart Nuxeo Drive client
Expected behavior: the systray Drive icon appears quickly
Actual behavior: the systray Drive icon appears after 1-2 minutes of waiting
