Fix synchronization of files whose name contains a quote on MS Windows

You must run on Microsoft Windows to be able to reproduce (Linux handles the quote correctly)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Drive and synchronize a folder
2. in the local folder, drop a file whose name is ABC'DEF.msg
3. wait for the synchronization to complete
4. observe on Nuxeo UI that the file has been uploaded but the document title is 'DEF.msg (everything before the quote has been removed) => main bug to fix

If after these steps, the user drops to its local folder the same file ABC'DEF.msg, it may loop and create the same document indefinitively. We see in the logs the message "Give up for error [DEDUP]"
