Nuxeo Drive authentication not working with self signed certificate

The problem appears with nuxeo drive client windows application v5.2.9 and server with self signed certificate as follow,
In Accounts tab click add new account
put the URL as https://<domain-address>/nuxeo
uncheck (Use legacy authentication)
click connect
Certificate untrusted warning dialog appears
Check trust certificate anyway then OK
Now the client web browser open and authenticate the user with oauth2 chain then redirect user to nxdrive://authorize?<...> and dialog with open nuxeo drive button appears.
when click on open nuxeo drive button, nothing happen on the user side.
