Use name instead of path when updating remotely renamed Folder

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Folder and add one or more Documents to it.
2. Turn on Syncing at the Folder's level (confirm local copy is created)
3. From Web UI, navigate to Edit the new Folder and rename it.
4. Navigate back to local explorer to observe folder.

Actual Result:
Local synced folder shows the Path of folder as folder name.

Expected Result:
Local synced folder should display the renamed folder name instead of Path.
