Rename "Beta" as "Preview"

      Description

      Since "Beta" might be afraid for users, as they don't trust it, we decided to rename it as "Preview", to emphasise the fact that it's totally safe to use. 

       

      We will rename the labels on the GUI and we might keep the technical name as Beta for the moment.
