[Direct Transfer] Fetch all children of a selected folder

      When selecting a remote folder in the tree view, sometimes not all folderish documents were displayed. This was a due to a unoptimized implementation.
      The new implementation is more efficient and will always fetch all documents of a selected document.

      As a positive side-note, the small arrow on the left of each document's name is now displayed only if the document contains at least one subfolder.

      Description

      not possible to browse all children of a folder because of pagination, on Direct Transfer.
      It seems there is a limit after which we don't display children of a folder on the tree component when selecting the target folder.
