      Description

      As a user,

      I want the document to be locked when I edit it, it should unlock the document after 30min of inactivity ( any modification will reset this lock )

      The 30 min should be a parameter of config.ini or UI.

      The unlock must be handled even after a server restart to avoid any blocking situation.
