Farfetch is a Nuxeo Cloud customer who reported the issue below in their UAT environment (farfetch-uat.apps.prod.nuxeo.io). They connected to Nuxeo Drive, but the Synchronize button is not displayed. They can hover over it and see the tooltip, but no actual button is displayed/clickable.

We’re still not able to perform the desired functional assessment of Nuxeo Drive. This is what the team has reported:
- After installing and connecting Nuxeo Drive, we cannot see the sync button. It is possible to mouseover it but not press (image attached).
