[Direct Transfer] Remove pause button on the monitoring tab

      Description

      Remove per file pause button on monitoring tab.
      Make Cancel button available even for in progress uploads (= non paused).
      Clicking on Cancel asks to the user if he really want and after confirmation, properly remove the file from the transfer.
