[Direct Transfer] Only display chunked transfers into the Monitoring tab

Only display in monitoring chunks files, since one cannot stop the progress of non chunked ones.

Add a sentence at the beginning of this monitoring screen:
"See the upload progress of files bigger than X Mb".
