[Direct Transfer] [macOS] Add a "New transfer" button in the touch bar

It would be very cool to have a button in the touch bar on new Macbooks: New transfer. It would open the Direct Transfer window.

First, we need to investigate if it is doable.
Then, we need to keep in mind that the Direct Transfer feature can be disabled, and so the button.
