[Direct Transfer] Non-chunked uploads must be put in pause when the session is paused

Non-chunked uploads must be put in pause when the session is paused. As of now, a non-chunked upload cannot be paused at all, because its transfer should be fast and is done within 1 HTTP call.

But for sessions, non-chunked uploads from the queue manager will still be processed if it is paused. We need to find a proper way to handle them.
