[Windows] Do not alter boot start state from the installer when auto-updating the app

      If you disabled the start on boot option from the settings window, the auto-updater was always reverting back the setting. This is now fixed.

      This introduces a small change for macOS users: by default the app will not be startup on boot. The feature must be selected from the settings window.

      Description

      Pre-requisites:

      • Drive is installed.
      • The boot start is disabled in the settings.

      Scenario:

      • A new app version is out.
      • The app is automatically upgraded.
      • The app is then enabled at boot start.

      Cause: the boot start is enabled by default in the installer.

      Fix: we need to tell the installer to not alter the boot start state when doing an auto-upgrade.
