Direct Edit: broken flow

Opening a docx, a pptx, an .xls , I can see that Drive updates the content as soon as it opens it, then unlock the document. Then, when I try to save from the editor, it shows me the conflict windows. But even if I click on overwrite, it won't sve the content back to the server.

==> Content should not be updated as soon as the editor is opened
==> Conflict window should not be presented.

Normal flow should be:

• open the file
• lock the document
• when saving update the file
• when closing, unlock the content
