Remote update of document followed by Drive restart fails (at least under Linux)

There are 2 cases here.
Initialization: mark a folder as sync root, launch Drive, wait till all is synchronized.

1. Update a Note remotely, wait till it is synchronized, quit Drive, restart Drive
   => Note is remotely deleted!
2. Update a Note remotely, wait till it is synchronized, quit Drive, update remote Note once again, restart Drive
   => Instead of remote content being downloaded to update local file, the remote document is versioned and the live document's content is replaced by the one of the local file.
