Unable to remove account if server is in degraded state

      Description

      Attempted to remove account on local machine but the server was in a degraded state (returning 404 status for some calls). The client errored out without any UI message and did not remove the configuration. Attached log shows the errors encountered.

      Expected behavior: The account would be removed.
