      Description

      • The test test_rename_local() is currently skipped, but it seems like a forgotten return at the start of the test has been there from the beginning, with NXDRIVE-1259.
      • The test test_create_local() has some code commented about remote document existence checks. Those checks are primordial and need to be fixed.
