      I reverted the last dukpy upgrade because it was failing when generating the executable:

06:01:58      building 'dukpy._dukpy' extension
06:01:58      error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 is required. Get it with "Microsoft Visual C++ Build Tools": https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/

      This will be needed also when upgrading to Python 3.8.
