Switch back to simple pytest commands

We've done the move to tox with NXDRIVE-2063, but is causes a lot of troubles compared to benefits (shorter command line to type, mostly).

As we are using threading, pytest-xdist to dispatch tests accross cores plus Qt thread on top of that, tox seems to lost its track on the way.
