Use Nuxeo Helm Chart to setup a realistic environment

As all ours tests to use docker were not good, we need to move to the next step: using Helm Chart to setup a real environment and use the provided URL for our tests.

The overall idea is: 3 Oses will start at the same time (almost) and will call an URL to launch the server. If the server is already starting, then the job will wait until it is reday.

Then, it will be a matter of choosing the right CI/CD provider with good VMs/machines power.
