[Direct Transfer] Disable the feature until it is stable enough

The Direct Transfer feature is now disabled by default. This is temporary and we hope to be able to have better news for you in upcoming releases. This has been done in order to make the whole experience more stable. For those who would like to still use it, you must know that folders uploads are completely disabled. You can use the feature parameter to force the activation.
