[Direct Transfer] Isolate the component

      Description

      The component needs to be isolated:

      1. To be able to use the feature without synchronization.
      2. To be able to enable/disable the feature on-demand (modularity).
      3. The current code does not allow us to have global statistics (required by NXDRIVE-1926), it is too deeply inscruted in Drive. It is currently using signals and the sync engine to work. And the way it is done, there is no way to have more control over global metrics (plus several other smaller issues).
