      Description

      Windows tests are flooding logs with:

      <class 'OSError'>: [WinError 145] The directory is not empty: 'C:\\Users\\jenkins\\AppData\\Local\\temp\\pytest-of-jenkins\\garbage-7eaee707-8266-4ddf-a46b-5488ece8bd74'
  "(rm_rf) error removing {}\n{}: {}".format(path, exctype, excvalue)

      We should fix them, it is annoying.
