Use a custom parent folder for downloads on different partition

When the sync folder is on a different partition compared to the home one, a ".tmp" folder is created into the parent's folder of the sync folder.
This is not "clean" and we should instead create a ".nuxeo-drive" parent folder, resulting in ".nuxeo-drive/.tmp".

Also add checks to prevent using the root of the a filesystem as the sync folder.
