Add a Direct Transfer icon in the systray menu

Provide a new action with access to the direct transfer window in the status menu , either :

• in the overflow menu (below settings/quit)
• next to the folder button 

Nice to have : if a transfer is active, the icon has a notification visual clue (see icons attached)
