Skip any OSError when trying to compress log files

      (Introduced with NXDRIVE-1830)
      For some unknown reason, the user may have rights issue within its own home folder, preventing Drive to start when it tries to compress a rotated log file.

      Another issue is that Drive tries to compress folders.

      Fix

      Process files only and skip any OSError.
