Update the sync count after resuming transfers at startup

Issue

Scenario:

• Start transfers (uploads and/or downloads
• Quit Drive

Transfer will be suspended automatically.

At the next startup:

• transfers will resume, as expected;
• the systray icon will show the normal icon (not the syncing one);
• the sync count in the systray is 0.

Fix

When resuming suspended transfers, update the sync item counts. It will automatically set the good systray icon and syncing count.
