Improve Microsoft Office support on Direct Edit

As done with the Adobe Creative Suite in NXDRIVE-1493, we could leverage the use of COM on Windows and AppleScript on macOS to guess opened files.

After further investigations, perhaps it will be possible to detect file saves.

This will make Direct Edit way more robust for all files handled by Excel and Word.

To check if it is possible to handle other apps from the MS Office suite such as PowerPoint, Publish or Access.
