Ensure the tmp folder is on the same partition than the sync folder

      Description

      Most of the time the local sync folder and temporary one are on the same partition.

      For others, having those folders on different partitions may result in big moves between them (taking more time and generating noise).

      We could add a new function that will try to guess the best fit for such a temporary folder.
