[macOS] Investigate SIP upgrade without breaking codesign

      Description

      As seen with NXDRIVE-1560, we are stuck with PyQt5-sip 4.19.3. Any upgrade will break codesign on macOS. Et if we want to upgrade the PyQt5 version we use, we need to fix this first.

      In order to understand what is happening, and ask help to developers, this is the plan:

      • Create a minimal reproduction script ithat only prints out the current SIP version.
      • Package the script using PyInstaller and codesign.

      Doing those steps for each and every SIP version, starting with 4.19.3 to the latest.
      Post it on the PyQt5-sip mailing list.
