Initialize Remote upon connection

      Description

      Steps to reproduce

      • Navigate to a folder in Nuxeo and click on the Synchronize button.
      • Download and install Drive (v4.1.3.33), follow prompts and configure to point to the nuxeo instance.
      • Filters window opens, but is empty; no synchronization roots shown.

      Problem is due to the remote being None when adding a new account.
