This behavior is due to the server-side implementation of proxy documents. They do not match the files observed by the Drive addon listener, so there is no Drive event created upon their deletion or modification.

Create a source document and a "proxy" (custom behavior visible in ADL-301) in two different folders
Synchronize these two folders. The source is read/write, the proxy is read only (lock badge is visible)
Delete the source document from file system.

Result : the proxy document is deleted from server, but not locally (deletion is not synced).

Expected : the proxy document is also deleted on the server, and on the local folder
