Reproduce the PyQt issue with unicode paths

      Description

      With NXDRIVE-1459 I managed to have a development environment.
      But I used a path containing unicode characters for all compilation steps. And now the bug is not reproductible!

      The next step is to be able to reproduce the issue by not using a unicode path while compiling everything. It should highlight the error.

      The goal is this ticket is only to reproduce the error. The eventual fix will be done with NXDRIVE-1472.
