Stop synchronization if no compatible version is available from update site

For example if a 1.3.0410 version of Drive is connected to a 5.9.4 instance for which the minimum compatible client version is 1.4.0611 but the zip of this version is not deployed on the update site.

Yet this should not happen as when NXP-14354 will be solved both JSON metadata and zip file should be released simultaneously.
