A customer has as certification authority provider "Terena" certificates.
1) This certification authority is not recognized as such on all OSes:
- https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202858 => Terena is not in the lists for these versions of OS
- https://www.eduhk.hk/ocio/content/faq-how-add-root-certificate-mac-os-x
=> This explains how to add a custom certification authority root cert on this OS
2) Python 3 does not accept the OS root certificates on all OSes: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/40684543/how-to-make-python-use-ca-certificates-from-mac-os-truststore
It is requested that Drive can be configured to accept custom certification authority providers/certificates for all supported OSes.
