Only allow update to 4.X when the new authentication flow is available

      Description

      The current Drive version, 3.1.1, will update by default to the 4.0.0 once it's released.
      However, the 4.0.0 needs a recent hotfix for the user to be able to log in.
      We will make a 3.1.2 version that checks whether the new login JSP exists, and only allow updates to 4.X if it does.
