Disable the auto-updater for development packaged version

What Happens?

Let's say the current development version is 4.0.0. We generate DMG and EXE files for testing purpose.
But that version does not exist on the update server and so Drive asks the user to downgrade its version.

Rain Forest testers saw this as an error and mark tests are failures, which is not false but not true either.

The Fix

This is a specific case easy to handle and we should simply disabled the autp-updater.
