Conflict when synchronizing files with Japanese characters

step to reproduce:

• start a nuxeo server 9.10-HF15 with webui, dam and drive
• start nuxeo drive and register as Administrator
• log in webui as admin
• create a workspace named Demo
• activate sync for the demo workspace
• drag and drop the 東京スカイツリー.jpg file in the Demo workspace in webui

The file is synchronized locally but there is a conflict error.
