      2. Install Drive 2.4.5
      3. Try to start up
      4. Observe it starts up fine
      1. Try to setup an account with Japanese characters in the path
      2. An error saying "This type of partition is not supported"
      1. Create a Japanese user (use Japanese characters)
      2. Login with the Japanese account
      3. Try to start the drive client
      4. Observe an error and no Drive startup
      1. Create a Russian account (use cyrillic characters)
      2. Login with the Russian account
      3. Try to start the drive client
      4. Observe an error and no Drive startup
