Localize context menu entries on Windows

      It will work only at the fisrt installation. Then, english will be used by default. So to prevent future issues, I prefer to not localizing context menu entries. Moreover it would have been effective on Windows only.

      Once NXDRIVE-730 is done, we can use translate context menu entries.
