[R&D] Visual file sync status on Windows

As a logged user, I can see folders and files with following badges on files icons :

• A green mark check badge when folders or files are synced -(and drive client is authenticated)-
• A blue cycle badge when a file is upsyncing or being modified by Drive
• A red cross when an error occured on the file or folder
• A lock badge on folders that are read-only
• An exclamation point icon when the file is in conflict
