Windows API used to trash files cannot deal with long paths

Currently, the module Send2Trash is using the API SHFileOperation to move files to the trash. But this API is old and does not work with long paths nor deep trees.

The temporary fix is that we are ignoring deletions for thoses files and notifying the user.

The good thing to do is to patch the module Send2Trash to use the API IFileOperation for Windows Vista and newers versions.
