Add UI to change the update interval

      Description

      The update interval is 5s by default.

      It would be cool to be able to change it from the UI. So the request is:

      • Ad a "Preferenecs" tab in the "Settings" dialog
      • Let the user to change the delay (in seconds) for the pull
