      Description

      Like http://www.nodeclipse.org/updates/Enide.p2f we should provide such a file to list all the recommended Eclipse plugins.
      "Recommended" = used by someone at Nuxeo

      Such a file is really handful on Eclipse update in order to reinstall all the plugins.
