Developing with AngularJS - Add a "getting started with the client" section

• Should give a basic example to do a first call
• People should be able to copy/paste it, so it should be universal enough
• Should be handled as a promise, with basic callback and error handling functions

Content is deprecated, since the JS client has now been unified.
